Delete your data
Last updated October 12, 2026
You can ask us to delete the information Prely holds about you. Here is how, and what happens next.
If you ordered from a store on Prely
- Email support@prely.us from the email address you use to sign in or order. Tell us which store or stores you ordered from, if you know.
- We will confirm the request is yours, then delete your sign-in account, saved favorites and marketing choices, and remove your name, email and phone from your orders.
- Stores may need to keep a record of past orders (what was sold, when and for how much) for their own accounting and legal obligations. Those records are kept without your contact details. If a store must keep more than that, we will tell you and refer the request to the store.
If you signed in with Google
Deleting your Prely account as described above also removes the link between Prely and your Google account. You can also remove Prely’s access from your Google Account settings, under third-party connections. Removing access there doesn’t delete your orders, so email us as well if you want them anonymized.
If you run a business on Prely
- The workspace owner can close the workspace, or email support@prely.us from the owner’s email address.
- Closing a workspace takes the storefront and Prely Business offline straight away. The workspace’s data is then deleted after a short retention period, so a workspace closed by mistake can still be recovered.
- Team members can ask the owner to remove their access, or email us to delete their own sign-in account.
- Before you close a workspace, export anything you want to keep, such as order history and customer lists.
How long it takes
We aim to complete requests within 30 days and will email you when it’s done. Some information may remain in backups for a limited time before it is overwritten, and security records may be kept where needed to protect accounts.
