How does Prely work?
Your customers order ahead on your storefront at yourname.prely.us and choose a pickup time. You and your team manage orders, menus, pickup capacity and customers in Prely Business at app.prely.us.
Can I customize my storefront?
Yes. Start from the template for your industry, then change your colors, welcome headline, page layout, product card style and which sections appear. Switching templates never changes your menu, products or orders.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $99/month with zero commission: Prely never takes a cut of your sales. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, and setup is free.
What payment methods do you support?
Customers can pay when they pick up. Online card payments through Stripe and Helcim are being tested and will be switched on per business when ready. Payment-processing fees are not included. They are charged separately by your selected payment provider (Stripe or Helcim) under that provider’s own pricing.
Do I need a website or a domain?
No. Your storefront is ready at yourname.prely.us as soon as you sign up.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Cancel anytime. Plans are month to month, and you can change or cancel your plan whenever you like.
